Graham Harper is a young and talented singer/songwriter from Northern California. He has been recording his first single here at Ultimate Rhythm Studio with a fantastic band featuring drummer Nathan Carter, bassist Kurt Blankenship and Keyboardist Ronnie Moreno.
Tracking is almost done and mixing should be finished in the next couple of weeks. We’ll have audio up as soon as possible but in the meantime check out Graham’s Official Facebook Page and enjoy a few photos below.

The Local Weather was recently in the studio recording tracks for their upcoming EP with engineer Lizzy Ostro.
Nick Goffi (guitar/vocals, Dan Fisher (bass/vocals) & Joe Riches (drums) have a killer sound with an influence from bands such as The White Stripes and The Black Keys.
“We tracked 4 songs for their upcoming EP and everything sounded GREAT! I can’t wait for everyone to hear it!” says engineer Lizzy Ostro.
FullOnDrums.com Episode 9 is live and features some very cool Cascade Ribbon and Tube Microphones. With the goal being to capture a great drum tone with only 3 mics Charlie & Scott recorded several popular configurations and a couple not so common configurations (for ribbon mics that is).
Right Hand Rule, featuring the uber talented Leslie “Mister” Jones, have been working on their new EP over the last couple of months with the most recent session featuring a fantastic horn section. David Urquidi, Sam Williams, Carlos Centeno and Leslie Jones. Right Hand Rule’s arrangements are a wide open canvas of anything goes which makes for some very interesting music and some very interesting recording sessions.
“This was such a fun session! We’ve been recording most of Leslie’s horn parts one at a time so it was great to be able to capture these guys as a group.” says engineer Charlie Waymire.

One day it’s a ballad, the next day it’s a funk tune. You just never know but on one particularly sunny day in Hollywood Charlie, Ernesto and Menno went a little insane and this is the result. A little hint…it’s not a ballad and it’s not a funk tune. Enjoy!
