Los Angeles metal band Our Dying World set to release debut single
The studio has been full of super heavy riffs as I’ve been working with Los Angeles metal band Our Dying World.
While we are still finishing up tracking for some of the songs on their debut EP, “Exhibition”, we have put the final touches on the first single titled “Post Mortem”. It is set to be released at the end of October. It’s wonderfully heavy!!
I’ve had such a fun time recording and mixing this band and the energy level is ridiculous! There so many elements that hearken back to good old thrash yet at the same time sounds perfectly modern. Tom has done a great job of arranging this first batch of songs and putting a great band together. It will be a lot of fun getting to see them grow.

We have really tried to keep things real which, in my opinion, make the energy contagious. All the playing is flat out top notch so I’ve really been able to focus on pushing the tracks just a little further in the mixing process and I’m really excited for the band to release the first single.
